SideArc is a product of Mekongsoftware. We want you to be completely satisfied with SideArc. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at projectmillify@gmail.com with:

  • The email address used during purchase
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, any paid access tied to your purchase will be revoked. Your local workspace data in Chrome is not deleted automatically.

Exceptions

Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy.
