1. Acceptance of Terms

SideArc is a product of Mekongsoftware ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By installing or using the SideArc Chrome extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

SideArc is a Chrome extension developed by Mekongsoftware that provides a vertical side panel for organizing browser tabs into spaces, folders, and shortcuts. The Extension operates locally within your browser and uses Chrome's built-in storage and tab management APIs.

3. Purchase Terms

SideArc is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our payment provider. By purchasing SideArc, you also agree to Paddle's applicable checkout terms.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial browsing purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Extension; (c) use the Extension for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to interfere with the Extension's operation.

6. Data and Privacy

The Extension stores your workspace data (spaces, folders, shortcuts) locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or browser tabs.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
